Vote to unban him.

He didnt promote a competitor but he may have mentioned a new download system for games from some company but that doesnt mean he promoted it singing praises and begging ppl to go did he?
 
Oh for ****s sake, he agreed to unban him and you just go and ruin it, even if you do have a point. Learn to keep your mouth shut even if your point is valid.
 
everything is so confusing, not being funny but '"not how you wanted to spend your friday night" could have been avoided in the first place.

rules are ever changing and i know for a fact neil would not have set out to "push the boat"

Don't post at all? I am an employee of Overclockers UK. I have to enforce rules, and I was prepared to bend these rules if the forum users decided to comply. It seems that it turned into "black mail" that I wanted people to understand the points from the other thread.

Neil was wrong to break the rules and we all know that, so come on unban him and let's all get back to gaming talk and forget this whole mess.

Do you know what the business cares for?

I am telling you now, you could be so damn right that the rest of the world questioning you 7 billion to 1 would appear foolish and futile. But that is not the point. The point is the way in which you have conducted yourself in the matter.

You can be blunt, you can be seemingly 'unfair', hell you can be wrong and tell people how it really is but one thing you have to be along with that is professional. You have not been - quite frankly I would consider putting in a complaint against this kind of behaviour - does the business care for that?

Just so you understand how strongly I feel your lack of professionalism has affected the image of OCuK in this matter I vow the following:

To never buy a Gaming Title from OCuK.

I mean come on just be competetive to your competitors OcUK, not relying God knows what, and maybe, just maybe you will gain loyalty on the game front aswell. Sheesh.
