Unfortunate names?

Brother in law worked in the environment agency with a lady called Teresa Green, fantastic name!
 
There used to be an Oriental guy at work who would phone up to report issues. His name was Gan Wong...

Whoever took his call would shout to the rest of the team "Hey guys, it's Gan Wong again. He needs a fix urgently".
 
Used to work with Richard Head, called himself and asked everyone to call him, Dickie.

Was a Major at the time, then Lt Col - think he might be a full Colonel now. If you Google Major Dickie Head his picture pops up from a TV interview.
 
I worked with a Dick Shine.

I also had a friend who grew up in Zimbabwe where a lot of the maids, cleaners and workers to the Brits who didn’t speak English would take random English words they heard and name their children after them in the hope an English ‘name’ would help them in life.

One of his maids had two sons named Pavement and Marlboro
 
Friend called Chris peacock.

Old teacher called Mrs hiscock.

Customer I dealt with called haqi mhinj which is pronounced exactly how you think.

Oh and although not bad a guy called Randy fox.
 
In a previous job our office in Turkey was staffed by 2 guys ....surnames were Koc and Kunt

A colleague from Zimbabwe had a vet called Everard Koch...We didn't believe her until she found him using google

Ha how funny I was about to post the same name - I wonder if it’s the same person.

There was a guy at school called “Hugh Berk” and whenever his name was called out on the register we’d all say “you berk!!” - man, kids can be mean! :(
 
Mr Bennett from school we all called Gordon.

Saw an article a year or 2 ago of two parents who had a child and later both parents became trans, the name of their son is Star-Cloud.

Reminds me we had a kid called Hugh Jones...Nothing wrong with that, except we had a teacher with a very strong Welsh accent and it came out as Huge Ones
 
I went to school with a Sri Lankan girl named Diane Diklik

Yep it was pronounced how you would expect it..... poor girl
