Unigine Heaven 4 benchmark

Been trying to see if my pc is let down by my cpu (Assassins creed black flag getting around 40fps)
Anyway here is my testing result.

I take it the guys running 1400+ on the core of the 780's are running customised BIOS'? I'm at 1090 on the core with stock volts and I cannot push it any higher. Temps are maxing out at around 36*C under load so there's room to push if only I could give it more juice!
