If Vieira wanted he could have got him with his studs, his foot was a good foot away from DvN and i think as Vieira was about to kick he thought again. Ruuds challenge was pretty bad, he had his knee in his back and i've been in that situation and they hurt like hell. DvN did that on purpose to get a reaction, you see him laughing about it afterwards? His first yellow was noway a yellow either.
The ref did nothing wrong though, from his angle it looked like he lashed out and I won't criticise him because he had a good match.
Not sure about the pen, I ain't seen it from a proper angle so I can't comment.
We did so well in defense today, Cole handled a very good player in Ronaldo very very well today. Toure and Keown looked solid in the centre as well.
Ljundberg and Bergkamp gave it their all but they looked well below par. Henry had no service either. We should have started with Edu, when he came on he looked very comfortable in the centre.
I'm sorry I said arsenal won't be up for this match, the end of the match showed much this meant to them. DvN is a cheater straight and simple, if u cheat u will **** people off, the arsenal players were certainly fuming at his antics today and showed him at the end how they felt about him.
