You are in no position to call man utd cheating ******* when u have Pires in your team.

So the are saying on sky sports now RVN didnt do anything wrong and arsenal will have displinary action.

And people are calling RVN a sissy when there were 5 players around him. 5 players on 1? i think you will find the arsenal players are the sissys

Please don't use that kind of language

Didn't see the match but I recall 11 players being on one guy every time the manyoo players went haring round the pitch after the ref. Though I add that I've not seen that from them recently (is that a lack of decisions not going their way though? ;) )

Both teams on display today have things in their history that they might not like.

There's a bit of pushing and shoving in almost every match, this was no worse than any of that to be honest and a deduction of points would be farcical.

But again, it's hardly a first offence is it? Yes it was handbags, but how many times have we seen clubs fined and players sent off for "Handbags"??

The FA will want to be seen to take action against this sort of behaviour, and to be honest i don't blame them. What kind of example is it for the fans when the players have a pop at one another?

Wonder if the ref will be told off by the FA for not having the penno re-taken due to Lehmann being off his line.

Robbo was half a yard off his line yesterday and the fools made it be retaken

The way Arsenal reacted at the end of the game was terrible, and the FA need to have a good look into this incident as its not something you want to see on a football pitch

Credit to the United Players for keeping their cool though. And RVN for not reacting to any mindless taunts and barraging from the Arsenal.

Nice to see Keano becoming a peace maker, and guiding Viera off the pitch.

I cant see arsenal doing much this season. Man Utd are playing bad at the momment and there is much more to come, ive been watching chelsea a lot this season so far and they look awesome. i think it will be between Man Utd & Chelsea with Arsenal fighting for 3rd place, thier squad is lacking decent players in reserve.

What dose that sound like you couldn't beat them, so what confidence did you gain from todays match that told you that you are championship contenders

ruud got a yellow for the vieira incident as he did foul vieira but PV did kick out and thats someting you cant do. Ruud just jumped back, he didnt go down or anything, he just jmped back. If someone suddenly kicks out at you your gonna jump back. Calling Ruud a cheat is a joke.

Pv's first yellow was for 3 challenges. The ref clearly pointed it out to him that it was his 3rd bad tackle and therefore a yellow.

PV as he was beng shown the yellow suddenly started charging through the Utd players after someone which you can't do either, dunno what provoked it, would be interesting to see what did.

the penalty was a bit harsh but all the ref saw was Keown with his arm on Forlan so had no choice but Keown didnt exactly arge against it.

The end of the match was a joke. Keown jumped up and clearly caught ruud on the way down with his elbow. Thn there was a push and then I think Lauren tried to push him over. About 5 players round him and he walks away. Bit of a difference to the arsenal attitude there. There was also something between Giggs and someone.

As the guy on Sky said there is no defence for the actions at the end and the FA will probably get involved.

The police didnt do a good job at the end, instead of holding the arsenal fans back a bit until the UTD ones had dispersed they let them out into the middle of all the UTd fans and some trouble ensued.

Doubt it, much more stuff to be addressed first methinks;) The ref shouldn't even accountable for goalies off their line, why can't the lino deal with that?

The FA won't take points. There has been worst things happen. It' will be either a fine or a supspended fine.

sorry and utd are in a position to decide which teams cheat or not?

sorry has anyone actually ever seen RvN go down from a proper unfair tackle? lol..and the forlan incident was totally pathetic aswell..big girls blouse - he even has the hair band to go with it :D

its sad that players have to dive these days, tis ruining the game, and that goes for arsenal players that dive too

Don't get me wrong, Vieira deserved a booking for that offence, but his legs would've had to been @6ft long to catch RvN from where he lay. Someone with RvNs instincts & reactions knows that the attempted lash out wasn't going to hit him & he blatantly conned the ref:)

Yeah but the last 'foul' he got the ball?!

It was a strange decision to pick Bennet to Ref. Why to the league leave themseleves open to comments by doing things like that! Surely they should have picked someone else.

Just look at the first booking of paddy. Why call him back? He knows who he is! Watch a european game, Ref's let players run off, so why not here?

but the FA are entitled to do that correct?....Can anyone remember when the FA have done this in the past?

I dont think it will come to that, but some form of discipline will be taken agaisnt Arsenal in one way or another...Fines and player bans are prolly on the cards.

Im not denying that but looking at each incident individually only the Lauren push needs punishing in my opinion. I also agree with Arsenal deserving a fine of some sorts but people talking about points being deducted etc and going completely over the top about it all is just causing arguments and not really constructive. People should try and be a bit more impartial.

They took 2 points from AFC and 1 from ManU ages back (AFC still won the league) I'm sure they could, but I think other teams would object due to possible things like it happening in the future.

i dont like either team but arsenal deserve to lose points for wat happened with ruud, dont think he really gave a toss when they hassled him hed be more annoyed bout missing the penalty, everyone can **** off ruud but hes still in the top 5 strikers in the world.:)

Agreed. Ralph was wrong. As was Paddy.
