Upcoming Concerts

I was debating getting tickets for TPR but I'm a bit worried it'd be full of teenyboppers? Two blokes mid twenties might stand out as just wanting to ogle Taylor Momsen :p

I can't link on my phone, but the new video for 'Messed up World' is pretty tasty  Not the bbest song though imo!

That's right... TWO WEEKS until ARNOCORPS play The Speakeasy in Belfast. Can't wait -- they're one of the best live bands I've ever seen.

Coming back home the day after, then down to London to see them play at the Camden Undeworld on August 2nd as well. :D

Bjorn Again at Kew Music last night:

Great evening out, party atmosphere, lots of food/drink and of course very good music.

This month I'll mostly be wearing plaid and attending:
Squeeze.
Mordred.
Karma to Burn.
Pink Mountaintops.

Gonna be Tit's McGhee at all of them.

Went to Latitude over the weekend. Not been before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Hadn't realised it was quite so family friendly, but I suppose after the carnage inflicted at the likes of Glastonbury, Latitude is a welcomed relaxed weekend - apart from falling over and breaking my nose...

The War on Drugs were incredible, and Tycho were very good. Was unimpressed that the two bands I wanted to see (Future Islands and TWOD) were scheduled at the same time, but nevertheless it was a decent weekend. Damon Albarn was possibly the most boring set I've ever seen live.

A friend of mine just let me know she has 2 tickets to Kate Bush next Weds and did I want to go.....let me think about that.....\o/ :D

I saw her last night. Absolutely amazing, not just musically but visually too. It's clear that a hell of a lot of thought and planning went into the show in order to please the fans.
