Upcoming Concerts

Went to see Chantel McGregor last night at the Engine Shed in Lincoln, wow, what a guitarist!

Quite a young girl (24?) who plays blues rock guitar and is just a phenomenal talent, if you get a chance to see her, take it

In 2011, she was voted "Young Artist of the Year" at the British Blues Awards,[1] and in 2012, she was voted "Best Female Vocalist" at the British Blues Awards.[2] In 2013 she won two categories, "Guitarist Of The Year" and "Best Female Vocalist", at the British Blues Awards.[3] and again won the "Guitarist Of The Year" category in 2014.

The 'Godfather of British Blues’ still going superbly at his age. Played some mean harmonica and guitar last night with his very good band. Catch this tour if you can find a ticket.

Paul Rodgers doing the 'Royal Sessions' at the Albert Hall last night. A wonderful evening of soul and r&b.

Been there too, absolutely magical and so much better than the record!

Pub trivia: The musician with Les Paul guitar on the stage is the guy who produced and recorded Led Zeppelin I.

What a small world. :D

It certainly was! :) We could have listened to that band without PR it was so good, adding PR's voice just made it very special. Still talking about the show this morning and didn't miss not having a Free session at the end of the show as this was not what it was meant to be.

Saw Australian Pink Floyd at Nottingham Concert Hall last night and they were excellent, the sound was fantastic and they had a great psychadelic prog rock light/laser show :D

Not a music gig, but have tickets to see Al Murray in Kings Lynn this Friday, his last tour as the Pub Landlord

Myself and the lead guitarist from my band got tickets to see Rival Sons at the Southampton O2 Guildhall on Saturday 4th April.

Getting the train down in the morning and staying over. Will be quite nice to go to a gig for once rather than playing one :p
