URGENT NOTICE: NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Well hello,

I am glad I found this thread here, I thought I was the only one with troubles from DPD, but this 13 odd pages have proven me wrong!

I ordered a PC from a company, but for some reason they put in the wrong graphics card, so I had to return in, DPD managed to come and collect the old card next day at 11, and then I had to await about another week to get them to send out the correct one. So now they finally have send it, but guess who is delivering it ? DPD! The funny thing is DPD managed to come and collect the old on the next day no problem, but...... can't delivery

Ohh well I guess I am left waiting like everyone else.

To be honest you are right, but the price seemed good when i bought it from them, but all the hassel I have had since then i regred it, at one point I was think just to tell them to give me my money back for the graphics card and just buy one from OCUK, but i don't think they would do it. anyway I am glad they finaly send it but now I have to wait for DPD and I have bfbc2 sitting alone on my PC desk at home. My old pc is about 6 years old and can't run it. :( I want to play it.
 
I'm gonna order a graphics card tomorrow. Would like it before Xmas, but not a life or death job. Just wondering if I should stick with DPD next day or pay an extra £3 for special delivery.

What would you be inclined to do?
 
My parcels are in hub 3 also. They have been there since Friday, they didn't come on Saturday and looking at the tracking page it looks like they are still there.

It does say a 2 day wait though, so I guess they will arrive tomorrow.
 
Received shipped email yesterday...

Current status is
Your parcel has been received at our sortation hub

On closer inspection:

20 Dec 2010 22:12 Hub 3 Confirmed at Hub
20 Dec 2010 19:00 Stoke Customer data received

So it was shipped from Stoke to Hub 3, then nothing :(

Apparently, Hub 3 is in Birmingham.
