Cake walk for Novax but I hope I’m wrong. We’re due a next gen player actually coming up with the goods and going onto win a slam by dominating from the word go.

Medv might be that man but ran into the camera man yesterday when a set up and on serve 3rd game in the 2nd set then got hammered.

If He is fit and in form, there is very little chance for the rest in 3 out of 5 sets to beat Him.

Even that in Tokyo was more like an anomaly than a real loss... Shame He didn't get the gold medal on the Olympics.

Based on current ranking he is 4th which means the lower end of the draw with Medvedev.
Number 1 and number 3 should remain in the top part of the draw.

First round draw was made today...

Murray vs Tsitsipas

Raducanu's currently playing her second qualifying round on Prime, 1 set up but looks to be struggling with her breathing again which isn't a surprise given the temperature.

Hope we get to see Djokovic not acting like a **** this year but fancy Zverev for the title.

Zverev doesn't need any title!

Novak Djokovic is on verge of ultimate tennis achievement before US Open

"Perhaps the clearest measure of Novak Djokovic’s greatness, as he prepares for the most significant shot he will ever have at winning tennis’s ultimate achievement, the calendar grand slam, is that he has already achieved a near equivalent feat.

Djokovic’s run of four consecutive grand slam titles between Wimbledon in 2015 and the French Open a year later already stands alone as one of the sport’s greatest ever achievements. Before him, no man had won four grand slams in a row since Rod Laver in 1969. No other man in history has ever held all four majors at once since they were split across three surfaces."

It's just his overall match fitness that needs improving, he's definitely getting there though.

I'll be surprised if Murray goes on to win the match, but a great first set from him, so far - he's looking good.
