Vega 56 worth it at around £200?

B Grade items have no promotional items with them so no free games.

Wait until Wednesday as some special offers on 56 going live for new ones with games.

how about the 64's? im close to pulling the trigger on the gigabyte 64, was waiting to see how prices went in a few weeks once the next gen comes out.

I've cancelled my V56 order and will see what happens this Weds. Thanks for the heads up.

Depending on what the offers are then I might be tempted to push for a V64 instead.

Is this the last push of Vega to make room for Navi stuff?

We shall be running side by side as 5700 will be more expensive than 56, by quite a bit.

The stack at OcUK shall fall something like:

RX 570
RX 580
RX 590
Vega 56
Vega 64
5700
5700 XT
Vega 7

That is order of cheapest (570) to most expensive (V7).

Of course officially VEGA no longer exist, but at present VEGA kind of skews the pricing as it is very aggressively priced due to the end of life deals that happened, but availability is poor generally.. Going forward it shall just BE RX series and NAVI, VEGA is EOL, including V7.

Don't think that's enough of a discount for second hand considering they cost £236 new.
Ever since the mining crisis it seems (whenever I've looked, take with a pinch of sale) that 2nd hand prices were basically new prices -10%.

Everything has just got much more expensive. And 2nd hand is nowhere near the bargain alley it used to be.

That's pretty much exactly what the 2nd hand Vega market is.

Interesting that the V7 is also EOL, I will be awaiting Wednesday with interest.

You can get a brandnew MSI Radeon RX Vega 56 Air Boost 8GB OC HBM2 Graphics Card for £201.32 with the free games.

I bought mine in the last deal and the 56 is still good value, I didn't expect to buy a v56 but I'm pleased I did.

The blower cooler is a bit noisy when gaming, but I'll get around to watercooling it one day.

Good upgrade from my 970.

When deals? :p
