Don't bother. If memory serves correctly there are both post and account age based milestones.

Weighing up if I should jump on this or not for a 56 - I do get to buy ex VAT which is a 20% discount and shipping is pretty reasonable for DHL but I have no idea what the Australian street is going to do or if they will actually get a lot of stock anyway. Demand will likely be high as it's in a popular price point. Then there is the staying up till 11pm to order one.

Has there been any info on the release of the 56's yet - i purchased one of the 64s and was one of the unlucky ones who got oversold to and ended up cancelling, was hoping to snag a 56 today if they actually release on bank holiday.

I been casing this joint since my bank pulled a fast one and stopped payment on the last launch. Now, my trigger finger's itchy for two.
Im just hoping it releases at £350, if it creeps up to 400 then its almost worth just getting one of the 1070s that seem to be showing up at 350 now.

"Should" be £350 (briefly) going by the 64 cost vs Dollar amount AMD said it would cost.
lets hope not - while the cards competitive, why would you spend 50 more than a 1070 that should oc to same performance in most stuff - im keen on one but not paying over the odds for it.

I was looking at a 1070 the other day and so went perusing some reviews of it. It was reviewed by Hexus.net on the 16th of August 2016 for £20 cheaper than the price I'd seen it for. How have we got into the position* where a year old card, more expensive than launch and soon to be superseded by newer architecture is somehow a good deal?
