Exactly the same position. I can afford it but I won't pay £40 more than a 1070 and 6 months or so before Volta.

Looks like a stay of execution on the 970 after all :-/

Well I too like many was hoping for around the £350 mark, I was previously considering something around the £250 mark after my recent Ryzen build but then thought I'd break the bank if it was reasonably priced. £390 including delivery is just too much for me at the moment.
