Well I pulled the trigger on the Sapphire 56 stand alone. Again if I can get shot of my rx480 nitro it works out ok. Lets hope the order actually completes ok!
 
Sigh. Was going to get a vega 56 but I was at work until 1402 and got stuck in traffic so didn't finish till 1410 :(. All gone already?!?
 
People who have 480's/580's upgrading to this, I can kind of understand given the ridiculous inflated price on their cards they'll upgrade at a small cost with a big upgrade. So fair play.

They wont deliver Tuesday I guess. Mine says payment not confirmed, is that usual.
That zotac 1070 is probably the sensible choice but guess Im not sensible

well tomorrows price of the 64 will be around 460-480 so I guess the 56 is 100 cheaper
 
All this crying about it being £380 instead of £350 is hilarious. It matches the price of the 1070 and beats it in 90% of game benchmarks so what is the crying about?. Bunch of cheapos tbh :D
 
It's not about not being able to afford the 30 quid, it's about something being good value or not.

GPU 'value' has been toilet for the past year. The 56 at that price was just about falling into the upper bracket of a decent value upgrade from my 970. At 380, nope, I can wait.
 
Too many impatient people. Everyone knows you have to pay crazy money for launch purchases. Look at the consoles going for double RRP on launch. I'm waiting for AIB cards before making any decision. If prices are ridiculous then will go for an alternative.

not when it seems AMD are discounting the early adopters to the tune of £100 per card
