VEGA IS FINALLY HERE, ITS IN STOCK ALONG WITH SOME EPIC BUNDLES & FREESYNC DEALS!!

It's so incredibly popular that other retailers still have stock of at least 3 different brands...

Even Judging by the current resell Value, the hype around the potential of vega has clearly died down now that it is a known entity.

I don't see AMD forcing the packs on people much longer if these cards are no longer selling out, might give AIB the chance to create a competitive product.

Will we ever get to see AIB boards?
In the coming months.
I'm happy to see how AIB 56's come out, and when pricing goes sensible, as there's no way these will stick at the pack price of 450.

I can understand why people would buy at 380, although I couldn't myself.
AIB Vega 56 going to be ~£500 :p

Like the 1000 series nV cards, no AIB is going to want to sell for less than a reference model, regardless of where AMD sets its MSRP.

You can bet your house on it :p

If you bought from anywhere other than Amazon or ocuk I await your "got scammed/seller wont accept rma" posts or you won't ever post now you didn't get the forum only vega deal ofc

My post count doesn't show this (lost original forum account) but I've been an OCUK customer since ~2004 for all my builds so no need to act so precious. OCUK haven't been able to fulfill my order on this occasion, there are others out there.

So I got an order in before the site showed "pre-order" had order confirmation through from OCUK, but nothing else. Initially the order history page on account showed "Pending Quote - Payment not yet confirmed" now showing "You have not recently ordered."
Seems the order vanished without trace......what does that mean? I can guess it means I don't expect a card on my doorstep any time soon. But do I have an order? don't I? do I order again? ....

Why do the Vega cards have a Two Year Warranty at OCUK & Three Years in other places?

Isnt this an extremely important thing?

Is it an oversight?
Powercolor and Sapphire both showing 2 yrs on ocuk site, whereas....site rhyming with "fan" says 3yrs for Sapphire and 1yr for powercolor....

I'm going to guess the listings have been victim of some lazy copy+paste work in the rush to get stuff listed - and I mean that in a general sense. not just here.

For me looking to get back into pc gaming, i have been waiting for Vega prices before i made a decision.
I was looking at the 1060 because i will only play at 1080p at medium/high settings, if fps hit 60 then great
Looking at vega prices even the 56 price, i can get a 580 albeit 4gb/maybe 8gb if im lucky and a 24" freesync monitor for the price of the 56 vega.

I sold my rx 480 for £279 after fees and was willing to pay £350 for the vega 56 today, not £380. I know it's only £30 but it's the principal.
I'll probably buy the rx 580 red devil for £279, at least i get a new card out of it.

I was ready to pull the trigger at £350 today. But in truth I would have flipped it for £75 profit when the prices went up after initial pricing (like with 64). Bit of a d***move but hey ho. Never happened anyway.

My order was completed at 14:03 but my status says:

Order status: Processing Clearance

What does that mean?
imagine your the same boat as me and many others, both the time around on the 64's when i got let down and ended up cancelling 3 days later, and again now where my 56 is showing same status ;(

A 2 year warranty has been widely reported for Vega Reference cards. Of course Custom card warranties could differ.

I would wait to see what gibbo says tomorrow, I'm sure he said there were plenty of cards and ignore the pre order status
