I guess not, quicker I get my green queens back the better. They definitely won't do that. Legally, they aren't allowed to.

Busy I guess but when you get put on to an Error 404 page when trying to fill out a PART RETURNS ENQUIRY doesn't sit well either.I think people have a right to be concerned when a business shuts their phone lines. Why are they shut?
You do have Nvidia drivers installed?I can only boot up using the IGPU and the GPU is there but shows no details and in device manager showing " code 43 "

Aye mate, checked all these could still only boot up in on the IGPUCheck the following:
PSU wattage + native 12VHPWR cable confirmed
GPU fully seated in top PCIe slot (no riser)
Motherboard BIOS updated
DDU wipe + fresh NVIDIA driver install
Still Code 43 → RMA the GPU
Tried it, I installed them shut PC down changed cables over tried to load back up, I heard the PC boot as the sound came on the sign in screen, but just had grey to black flickering with the odd multicoloured artifactsYou do have Nvidia drivers installed?
If i remember correctly, if no drivers are installed you get no info about the GPU in device manager. You should still be able to get a display, probably at a low resolution though.
It was shipped with the GPU installed and supported with some what looks like bags of expanding foamQuestion: Did they ship the computer with the card installed? How was it supported? Just curious.
Yeah one of the first things I looked at, all are in spec for the refresh rate etc.is the video cable your using rated for the resolution and hte refresh rate [so the bandwidth total] of the screen your using?
ive had issues with cables in the past and it was solved by getting a cable rated for the job at hand
unlikely but worth checking
I don't think closing your phone lines in the run up to Christmas would be in any way acceptable. It must be very annoying to receive an expensive item which is faulty and have no way of making contact other than waiting for them to answer a ticket.I would think this is just for christmas, as i phone them recently when i purchased a B Grade Case. They will be really busy at the moment, and i cant image them scaling up staff for just this period. although would be a annoying getting a new PC and GPU not working.
yeah i did think probably already checked but was at least worth askingYeah one of the first things I looked at, all are in spec for the refresh rate etc.

I have packed it all away now to await a response for an RMA, also I checked the cable both ends. I did before I packed it away test my 3080 in the system, it booted to windows buuut it kept flickering black. So tells me most likely not the GPU but I have no way of testing that in another system.Post some pics of the inside of the pc and I would be tempted to check the PSU cable at the PSU end as well.
That sounds like a driver issue or cable/monitor problem.I have packed it all away now to await a response for an RMA, also I checked the cable both ends.
