Looks like some simple QoS rules would massively help improve the responsiveness of your connection while doing those sync jobs

The contract will state that to leave the contract you must give notice.With this news of cancelling stall tactics from VM, if out of contract couldn’t people just block the outgoing payments via their bank?
What would VM be able to do, because you wouldn’t be breaking contract in this situation.
