No mention of anything changing, sounded like he just jumped on his computer, deleted were it said 120, replaced it with 152. Seemed like such a quick thing to do, why is it taking months to put in place normally? Unless physical changes are needed.
They probably want to make sure it won't overload the network. If they moved everyone at once, it could become overloaded and slow down, so this phased rollout is the best approach.
Going to phone again and try to blag a free Superhub 2 out of them. 100Mb probably is too much for the terrible wireless on the SH1.
BTW, you will be on a new 12month contract (I specifically asked him) but like me who is leaving anyhow as there is nothing better/faster outside the little Gigler outfits that not many can get.
If they never mentioned it they should have as you will be on new 12month contract.
If you waited to get update and never called up I would say you would not be tied to it.
What sort of prices are you all paying for TV/Broadband/Phone?
We did have £37.50 for 50mb/M+ TV/Phone with an additional box and tivo etc. However they now want to up that to £60 odd now our contract has expired.
Do they discount on those collection deals?
