What ever email you have set up with them. By default this is the VM email. But you can change it to what ever you want.

Upgraded from 10MB to 30MB after receiving my SuperHub yesterday. Stuck it straight into Modem mode and everything was faultless.

Looking for ward to 60MB in the next couple of months

Are there any cable routers with really good wireless performance ?

I like that my dlink dir 615 (? I think) can use DD WRT, but the wireless despite being n rated seems poor? I only get 10Mb/s from my iPad despite being next to the router

my apple airport extreme has been top notch since i bought it 6 months ago. Great performance on both 2.4 and 5 GHz. Great for storing files using the usb port or using alittle trick for TM backups too

I've got a time capsule upstairs as well in a bridge. I wonder if tats what's holding it back to 10 Mb/s

Didn't notice this before but they are offering three months free + SuperHub if you need it to upgrade from 10/20Mb to 30Mb (which then means free upgrade to 60Mb).

All you pay is a £30 activation fee on your next bill.

So I managed to do that without needing to call them at all.

could be, when my touchpad decides to pick up the wireless N from my superhub, i get 35-40Mb/s download, or around 20Mb/s on 54g using a tomatoed linksys wrt54g

Just upgraded on-line to the 30 meg from 10 it works out £5 a month more ! then onto 60 meg april-july superhub inc £30 very pleased with this.

We have had the email and letter but the upgrade will be done between October and Summer 2013 according to the VM website.
I can wait as our 50meg is just fine.

they should install cable first to those who don't have it before upgrading others
