There is also a massive tax on fibre, was talk of a tax break ages ago but I can't see that happening.

iv been getting the youtube slowdowns too. not all the time. but every now and then i really notice it sturggle 480 videos where as usually both my and my flatmate can watch in 1080 no worries what so ever.

cant wait to see what the 100mb package will bring us. cant wait to see the price too.

no speedy uploads for me yet :( Really want to see these upload speeds asap. any ideas when they will be hitting edinburgh? probs after all of england is done :(

I too have noticed how appaling Youtube has become recently (for the last 5 months) for watching videos.

Official HD videos have been unplayable due to stuttering.

But since last week they have been flawless again.

Can't say I am too keen on the old network shaping that is coming, it's like giving with one hand and taking with the other.
 
So as a 50meg user

Chance of getting upto 5meg UP. No traffic management still APART from 3pm-8pm which will be a 6GB upload limit. If you hit that limit your upload speed will be throttled by 65% for 5hours.

Seems good considering I don't really Up much.
