Yeah. The reason OEM is locked to 32 or 64-bit is because OEMs are sold with PCs and therefore are meant to be locked down to that PC for life. A switch between a 32 and 64-bit processor is pretty damn significant and in Microsoft's eyes is considered a major hardware change.dirtydog said:If you buy the retail version, do you get the 32-bit and 64-bit versions together? I know it's a pain but IMO you aren't going to be getting the full Vista experience on 32-bit anyway.
