I don't think anyone could honestly describe the Labour party of today as socialist, they're basically a centre-right party the same as the Tories.

We don't really know what they are, the Blair administration was definately right of centre, but Ed and Ed seem desperate to say that they're different - and with no real policies to speak of, we don't really know.

I always vote Conservative but that's because I'm a party member and candidate.

Wow u must get so much abuse door knocking, I told the last Tory door knocking to stop killing poor people and I hoped he becomes homeless or disabled so he knows how it feels to be on the receiving end of his party's policies

Nothing could ever convince me to vote for Jeremy hunt in my area or any Tory scum, probably would never vote labour either, oh and ukip

From speaking to people I work with, it's no wonder this country is ****ed (democratically speaking). The 'Average Joe' hasn't got a clue. Discussing politics with people at work, they generally spew a series of ill thought out and contradictory statements that would make their lives better in the short-term, but would probably sink this country within a decade, and then complain that no political party represents their views. No bloody wonder. The gist of it is, they want to be paid more, taxed less, with better front-line public services, and they want the banks to pick up the shortfall. The public debt? The banks should pay that back too as it's 'their fault'. Or maybe tax 'the rich' more. Or cut JSA. It depends who you speak to and the day of the week.

Basically, people are uninterested and ill-informed. They only consider issues that directly affect them, and they have little understanding for how the economy actually works.

I have no idea who to vote for now. No party appeals to me, and all have some idiotic ideas/policies or have a track record of really making a hash of things in my perspective.

Labour's leader lacks any charisma or skills that I feel that other PMs have possessed (even DC to a degree), as well as Labour now bearing the track record of the recession, and polar opposite views to UKIP on the EU (to get more votes from the migrant sectors of society).

Conservative's DC has demonstrated that he only cares about the £££ in his big business and banking friend's pockets.

Those are the two main parties out.

Lib Dems have never appealed to me, and their minor power in the coalition shows them to be a bit of a joke.
