Yeah there is a regular poster in here who bought something on mm and then listed the exact same item for double on avforums a few weeks later.
Mods said unless I have serial number of both the item he bought on here and the one he was selling on there nothing they could do.
Yet they seem to be a lot more loose with their rules now.

My friend is an unfortunate fella in that covid completely stripped his job, prospects & generally his life... This is a small gesture which will hopefully put a big smile on his face! Its a massive upgrade over a 7950.

without sounding like a **** fair play to you for helping a friend out, but coming on here saying you got one that you didnt want, and isnt for you is a kick in the teeth to those forums members that need one for themeselves. If doing that keep it to yourself
so the person getting is by definition isnt entitled as if they where a MM user they would have done it themselves. Harsh i know but
@Gibbo i wouldnt hate you to cancel this order to set a president that the offer isnt abused in any shape or form.

LOL - fair enough. Always gonna be somebody that does ok and somebody that loses out. In this instance I did ok and my friend gets an awesome present. You are entitled to an opinion even if its comical. If I was taking his money and paying for it with his money then I get you... I'm not, that's how a present works.
read what was said m8, anyone found reselling will lose their forum account. It's basically just a warning that you'd REALLY need to trust them not to resell the card because we'd track it back to you and not them.
I've already said that I'm not looking for people who may have already bought a card from us weeks/months ago. I'm looking for guys with very recent orders (i.e. they ordered a card on the deal yesterday & tried again today) or they have a order history which suggests that they are reselling/mining.
