I don't think scalping was an issue till recently though neither was mining in days of better supply and lower crypto prices.

Ocuk should ask to see the buyers Steam library to guage if they are a true gamer. Go off of the number games in the library or the length of time played on a single game. Then if it's they deem them worthy challenge them to a 1v1 where if the true gamer wins they get to buy the card.

What about the guy that bought £2999 worth of parts and misses out?

In that respect it’s no different to having MM access or not. If there are rules or limitations then someone will always miss out and feel hard done by.

I'd be up for that so long as it's on my longest played game counter strike global offensive.

Alternatively apex legends but not on Steam it's on origin so not played on Steam version released recently.

I always thought the 3090 was a replacement for the Titan, since the titan name was getting too complicated... titan, titan x, titan x pascal, titan blablabla

I binned my DVDs of Flaming Cliffs and Lock On. Got the Elite Dangerous Kickstarter Box with a polo shirt :) These are on the wall though :)

It’s a poor mans Titan, despite the inflated price. It never had enough oomph over the 3080 to be worthy of the name.

There will undoubtedly be another Titan imo. As for the name,

Yeah but it also encourages people to spend with OCUK even if the part is a few quid cheaper elsewhere.

That's where a 1 card limit would come in although I doubt the bots are buying multiple 3000 series Gpus with the same account as supposedly it's been 1 per household / account for a while now.

Not a replacement for the Titan, just crafty marketing.

As to the name, Titan will do fine as there is likely to be only one associated with Ampere.
