Yeah but it also encourages people to spend with OCUK even if the part is a few quid cheaper elsewhere.
That's where a 1 card limit would come in although I doubt the bots are buying multiple 3000 series Gpus with the same account as supposedly it's been 1 per household / account for a while now.
Not really if I'm being forced to spend £3k with a store on parts I don't need then I'm better off just paying eBay prices tbh.
Not everyone upgrades their full system to the best parts available on a yearly basis. For example I'm using a b350 motherboard with a 3600x. And I bought the motherboard of the mm second hand. Your effectively making it available to those that are either building systems for people professionally or spend large sums of money on upgrades yearly rather than gamers, etc.
Having a gold account wouldn't be worth the benefits to folk who don't have unlimited budgets for gpu's.
