The Arctic RC RAM Cooler does fit the Samsung Green MV-3V4G3D/US
I know people say you don't need to cool these, but at the speed and voltage I'm running they was getting toasty, especially the ones that are not getting as much air flow.
1) these look nice (stock ram looks ****)
2) it does cool and they are getting warm under load
3) they don't cost much and help when running high speeds and volts.

Just bought 8GB's worth for £53.99. Can't beat the price considering the performance you can get out of these little gems.
there only 30nm,they DONT get hot
stick on heatspreaders would aid installing/uninstalling the ram module though
They do when u push them.
I like this attitude!!! Those spreaders look good to perfect for a single stage mounted on top

Seeing as my 8GB's have been running rock steady at 1866mhz for a week or more, maybe I should push them on to 2133...

I've tried just about every combination and I can't Overclock my 8gb set at all. No errors in 6 hrs in Memtest at stock 1600mhz 11-11-11-28 1.35v, but as soon as I change timings or frequency and up voltage memtest gives me errors. Couldn't even get CL11 2133mhz at 1.6v through memtest without errors. Have I been unlucky and got poor overclocking sticks or could it be my motherboard? Notice you guys with the Maximus V Gene have had awesome clocks! Anyone had a good OC on a Gigabyte z77 with the Samsung sticks?
are you using latest mb bios? ive seen these sticks run at 2133mhz on gigabyte z77 boards 8gb with 1.55v dram voltage
tried with 1.10v cpu vtt?

Mine will run at 2000 10-11-11-25 1T on 1.45v with everything else at auto, but going to 2133 requires VTT and timing tweaks and even then I think my skill is lacking a bit as I need around 1.6v to do it.

Same here.....can't get anything above stock....I gave up and hoping for a new bios....
I think there is definately motherboard interactions going on here as well
for instance 2400 CAS10 is very happy in mem86+ for me, and seemingly stable during video encodes and Diablo 3 - yet every 10 hours or so I get a random blue screen ...
so backed off back to 2200 CAS10 where I don't get any
