Wasteland ARMA II Mos : Server Details

Doing an update for 2.9b

So far things that have been added in and tested by myself alone!

Admin Panel GCAM removed
2 X Random Helis at spawn (The Old Way)
Server Clean Up code
Bandaging Others and Self
AI large groups added to all missions
2 X BMP in group at NW
Halo added to mission helis
Gun animation added to Armoured SUV
CAMO SUV back in.
Indie groups are working on test server
New Destroyed Village
Missions fixed


As before.

Missions are working fine mate!

Spawn beacons are working great for INDIES...

Might have a slight problem with the side mission supply not finishing!
 
Still nit sure about ai patrols mate.

Still think it should be PvP during game and ai in missions.

Think I have a fixfor the selling amounts .

Also need to fix the bmp at the airfield as they aren't attacking Indies.

Also , git a few ideas that I will explain later.
 
How's about we either use tonics old missions built into the standard package we have just now, we can also use his old timing system..

The last build I did had those working perfectly..

That way we do not use arma2net and we still have the missions working..
 
I'm on my phone so stupid spell check kicks in.

It also means we have working groups back...

Finished testing with Mr Cakes there just now!

Script is working well... So will implement it into WL asap..


Basically it hides the turret gun in the PMC SUV, and allows you to choose when to raise it and scare the bejeesus out of anyone following you :)

The time has changed to 5 seconds after the gun is raised you get switched to it! So you wont get the strange camera view of raising the gun.
 
Guys

It ain't going to be that hard to have a working version of wasteland on day one.

Basically all the scripting commands are already in the arma 3 config.

The only things we would need to change are player models, vehicle models and possibly base building materials..

Oh, and the town and spawn markers, but that is a general thing when we port from map to map.

Anyway, I thought the servers were to be limited to 16 players, or did I read that wrong?
