Watch Dogs

Playing on the 360 the gfx at night are good daytime not so much, also driving is a pita im 2hours in and not feeling like its going to pick up

Handling does feel a bit dodgy and kind of like you're racing bumper cars with the lack of force when you crash.

As long as you make sure to turn sharp into your corners it seems alright. Overall I'm still pretty impressed and will probably do another 6 odd hour stint tomorrow! :p

There's some great side missions in this, just chased a guy by boat and then by car thru the entire city in a "fixer" mission.

If anyone's wondering I'd recommend buying this (maybe not as a 60 quid dlc) but it's well worth a play!

Good to know . Didn't think for one minute this was going to be a duffer tbh . Anything thats cheap worth buy on ps4 ? As need another title at some point , besides the indie stuff ive got lined up for free on ps+

Neogaf is starting to make me lose faith in humanity. People are saying this looks like a PS2 game / launch PS3 game etc. Is it cool to say ridiculously untrue thighs nowadays?

Graphics look pretty good on PS4. On par with GTA V but higher res.

I love me some ridiculously untrue thighs.

I'm a little on the fence about this one, but as all I'm playing at the moment really is FIFA, I feel like I probably will get it. From the videos I've seen there's a few things which look a bit naff, the driving for one looks terrible, I just hope it feels better.

I was also watching one guy playing and he was hacking into someone's phone conversation, the NPC character was still talking but he put his phone in his pocket. About 30 seconds later he gets it back out. It's incredibly minor but little things like that annoy me.

When does the review embargo end?

I still plan to buy it this weekend, but would like to read some reviews before then (just to find out more about features and limitations in the open world etc).

I had a quick go yesterday on PS4 and thought it was ok. Seemed like GTAV to me just not as polished.

The graphics are average and feel last gen it all feels a bit flat and lacks all the flare shown in the videos. There was also slow down on a few occasions.

I found the hacking bits fun for about 5 mins then it grew a bit thin. Having to unlock areas of the map is very assassins creed. Tbh the game feels and plays like Assassins creed in a city.

I dont think it's quite as bad as some are saying but miles away from what was shown and has been promised by UBi.

I did enjoy playing a GTA style game on PS4 though.

Sums up my feelings before I've played it. Ubisoft games mostly feel the same. It's like they use a template and just change a few minor things and expect people not to notice.

I quite enjoyed what I played it's by no means a bad game. It has just fallen fowl of the hype machine and UBi cutting back the graphics considerably has not helped.

It does feel very Assassins creed in the way it plays and moves. It all feels very similar, You hold the right trigger to run and then press circle to free-Run.
