Watch Dogs

Has anyone tried going rambo? and shooting all the cops? I got to the max level and the cops seem easy? but in the missions they seem tougher. Anyway I think its great game I'm halfway into act 2 really enjoying hacking people online , does anyone know I can hack a PSN friend?

Nope. There is a petition to enable that option.

I can't play it, the controls on the PS4 are gash.

He turns with all the speed of Michael Carrick and aiming suffers from FSO Polonez style acceleration.

It's near enough unplayable.

Yeah I dunno what people are complaining about. It's a clear step in the right direction and you can see it's a next gen game. There's so much more going on on-screen than previous console games, the graphics are a bit better but not by much. The driving isn't as bad as some people make out, it's VERY comparable to GTA IMO. Someone mentioned the suspension travel effects etc not being great but they seem fine to me, you get a bump going over potholes, speedbumps and curbs etc. It can sometimes feel a bit like driving on ice but it depends a lot on the car.

Pretty much exactly what you expect of a game at the start of a generation really, the open world aspect might well keep me playing. I played FC3 for ages and that's only a sandbox.

The driving is fine, I always use the bonnet view and have aim assist to lowest. Not sure if that makes a difference but the mechanics seem fine.

Just finished this last night.

Good story on the whole, and its clear from the ending that they have a watchdogs 2 in mind. Hope they make it as I really enjoyed it.

Only criticisms would be:

- Car Physics are a bit off. Very easy to get strange stuff happening when you collide with stuff at high speed. I sent one guy flying about 10 foot in the air when I ran his car off the road at high speed and he collided with a building

- Lighting can be flat at times. But this is something that's been talked about endlessly and compared with the 2012 E3 demo. Thing is, if you compare the level they showed you, and you go inside the club. The lighting in the club is really atmospheric, you don't feel you're missing out on anything. However the outside lighting is just a lot flatter.

- repetition. A lot of the missions you would fail due to stupid reasons. Usually the escape and evasion ones where you'd get spotted and you'd have no clue how you were spotted. This lead to some of these missions being attempted 10 or more times before you finally managed to get past undetected.

Online decryption is fun ;)

If anyone fancies a few games then add me!

the online is pretty basic you have

- Free Roam, Just like GTA, go cause havoc and kill each other, get the police on you, kill the population etc..

- Online tailing. 1v1 drop in on somebody else's single player game and attempt to survey your opponent without being detected

- Online hacking. 1v1 drop in on somebody else's single player game and attempt to hack them

- Online Decryption. Team based game of 3 to 8 players attempting to decrypt a file. File only decrypts when its being held by somebody, and decrypts faster when you have your team mates with you. Problem is however if the file is dropped the progression of the decryption stays. This means you can steam roll the team for the entire game, then if the other team steal it at the last minute, they win.
