Weather temperatures are up, so how are your GPU temps?

Evening, just installed my IceQ 7950 which arrived today.

Now, i'm not 100% sure on how I should be temperatures wise due to the much hotter weather we are getting in the UK right about now..

What temps are you getting on your 7950s full load and idle? I'd just like to see if my card is performing as it should, I'm just about to bench it to test load temps.

Idle it's sitting at 32 right now.

So what temps are you getting at full load?

Played BF3 earliar for about half an hour running a 7970 Matrix Platinum at 1.257v. Max temps reached were 68 degrees with a custom fan profile. Would normally get around 64/65 tops before this hot spell.

Idle ~ 32 - 38, videos + apps open / time of day etc. Was about 28 - 31 before the warmer weather.

Load ~ 60.

Running 2x EVGA 670GTX FTW in SLI, 3770K @ 4.5ghz (1.18V) and I'm seeing 25C-29C idle and up to 40C under load when running BF3 for extended periods.

32 degrees, very similar to mild weather, my cooler ensures it never goes above about 65 even under load whatever the weather.

CPU temps have gone up though, PC shut down during TF2 on Sunday.

Regardless of Temp my 770 never goes above 45c

This is due to the fact that i've set a profile when the card hits 40, ramp the fans to 100% And even when they do ramp up, the fan's are not noisy at all, I love MSI.

Temperatures only matter to me, if I have to work or sleep in high temps. My pc is a machine. It cannot complain and as long as it works & don't make "hoover noises" I don't care. ;)
