Weekend Football; 31st -1st - *SPOiLERS*

Well the linesman did, he flagged!

Should have been a card. The officiating in this game have been horrific.

Flagged the other way

Poor officiating all round.

Not a bad result, a draw would have been better, but I too would rather see Liverpool win than Chelsea.

That game was shocking im actually livid with that ref he is the most incompotent **** ever.

Players get penalised for getting cards, a ref that makes a blunder like he has should do as well its disgusting. It happens way to often now and I really cant see how they can argue AGAINST video reffering in this day and age. Sky sports have instant replys of all incidents by time matters are sorted by the ref they could have checked a replay.

Its going to benefit every time going and show up how inaccurate it is having the ref making all the decisions from awful positions.

Haven't reallly seen the match myself, but reading through here and BBC sport, would it be unfair to say that Liverpool got a massive match changing decision from the officials? Or was it a case that it didn't really change the result or deserved result?

Wonder how much of the talk will be about Rafa dropping Keane now?

Yossi's been a breath of fresh air since he's been on. Why Benitez starts Kuyt ahead of him I'll never know.

Oh yea , the tactical genius of Benitez won you that game....

you should have listened to advice

It was 100% down to the referee who has just lost Chelsea 2nd place

Honestly you scousers who actually BELIEVE you can win the title....

Can't wait to see United lift the cup, nice cheating by Xabi Alonso and Gerrard today, one diving and one exaggerating a tackle after HE kicked Lampard

Ofcourse it was deserved, Chelsea were awful, but being a man down, losing your best midfielder, is always going to going to have an effect on the end result.

Liverpool were the better team but it was very tight, until Liverpool had the extra man, thanks to that bald Idiot

What's with the hostility? Not that I 100% disagree with the main point you were making.

was a shocking decision, however it didn't seem to change the game much, the balance stayed pretty much the same
