Still a good save, did well from the Mcfadden cross earlier as well. Also had the Fahey shot well covered.

Hopefully people don't think I was quite as mad as they originally thought when I was talking about Man Utd being a bit weaker in midfield, B'ham have drifted through Man Utd's midfield too many times, too easily today imo. That said though, they're still very dangerous going forward and Rooney looks very good.

Don't think that;s true, just Fergie has made the wrong selection in midfield today, no Carrick is just ridiculous and Scholes and Giggs should never be on the field at the same time.

Hm fair enough, but with the lack of options I think we'll be seeing quite a lot of Scholes and Giggs, especially later in the season when injuries kick in

If Birmingham would have been a bit more adventurous earlier in the 2nd half they might have got a point from this.

Not overly impressed with Man U, but it is only the first game of the season after all.
