Lots of if's and but's. Who's to say what might have been had 'x' been given. Carra could have gone but that's not to say that we wouldn't have scored again or that Vidic or Masch would have gone later either. The Giggs penalty was never going to be a penalty, just like when Kuyt had his shirt practically ripped off his back it was not likely to be given. Those sort of challenges just don't get picked up on in the box.

The fact of the matter is that over the 90+ minutes, we created considerably more opportunities to score and with better finishing it could have easily been a bigger scoreline.
 
Great result today, thoroughly deserved. Hopefully this will give us the confidence we need now to kick on and put a good string of results together. Fortunately we also now have a bit of time until the next important game, so we should be back to full strength in plenty of time.

Not exactly comfortable. West Ham are still threatening, and I can see Cole getting one if we slack off. A third to hopefully kill the game off would be nice.

Also note that Berbatov's shirt was also ragged around the neck.

... Arsenal. WTF are you playing at? Song, one of my hated players has given away a penalty when there was no need for him to storm in at Cole. Mannone has no chance of saving because he's trash.

2-2 now. Get some subs on. Bring on Nasri and Ramsey. Take off Eboue and Diaby who have both been pants. Sort it out Arsenal, start finishing teams off and stop taking your foot off the pedal when you're a few goals up. :mad:
 
Whooooaaaaa, awful decision,think he's feeling guilty bout the Gallas incident earlier, that should've been a penalty, this one was very very generous, can't see Manonne saving
