I've heard the rumour, but I can't see how it's true, since they haven't even hinted at Blackwell going. Not sure whether I want it to be true or not

I guess you'd get the same positives and negatives all top players have when the go into management.

Positives: Lots of contacts, should be well respected, definitely not soft.
Negatives: Little experience.
