Weekend Football Thread. *spoilers* 18-22

Can't see anything happening to Bellamy and nor do I think it should. Muppet deserved a slap for straying out of his pen.

Maybe so but where will it all end?

Would it be OK for West Ham/Millwall players to start laying into the fans that run on the pitch the other week?

Whilst it's not the done thing to have fans running onto the pitch, you can't condone players slapping about fans, it would be carnage every weekend.

He shouldn't have walked over to the fan but when he does the guy moves his head towards him as if trying to nut Bellamy and I wouldn't really call that a slap more like Bellamy pushes the guys head away from him.

You think nothing should happen for Bellamy walking over to a fan being restrained by stewards and slapping him?
Correct. The supporter had no right to be on the pitch and for all we know he could've been hurling abuse at Bellamy.

Would be fun to watch though :D

:(

No the supporter had no right to come on to the pitch, Bellamy had no right to hit / slap him.

You can't condone players assaulting fans, in the same you can't condone players coming on to the pitch.

Just read the fan spat at him. Can't believe people want action to be taken against Bellamy tbh.

Two wrongs don't make a right?

How is it accepted that Bellamy didn't do anything wrong in slapping a fan, he moved towards the fan who was been restrained, why?

He had no no reason to go over and slap that man, the orange coat people had taken care of him.

He didn't walk over to slap him. He walks over and the fan spits on him so he slaps him. I'd expect that to be a normal reaction if some dirty **** spits in your face.

Granted he didn't need to walk over, but he has a right to be on the pitch. The fan doesn't. He can see from the gif on the other page that the fan spits by his head movement and then bellamy bitch slaps him.

The slap for spitting is fair enough but why is Bellamy walking the opposite direction to where he should be going?

tbpf I would spit on Bellamy as soon as look at him.
