Just seen both and neither were tap ins really, both were good finishes. The second goal was all Fabregas, Eboue just had an easy cross to make.
Yeah, the fact he couldn't easily see Diaby, the fact it had to get ahead of the defender and not get to close to the keeper, had to be perfectly weighted to get infront of Diaby at the right time, easy, he did nothing at all. He beat his man and literally couldn't have crossed it better but could easily, as those crosses so often are, could have been under/over hit or put close to the keeper.
They were both tapins, he had no one around him for either, both greatly weighted balls, that he just had to put in the net, they weren't literally 1 inch off the line, but those are incredibly easy chances. I said he did fine, he's ok going forwards. If you remember I was the first person to point out, years ago, he's only good going forwards while everyone else is saying "look its the new Vieira". Problem being we have better AMC's, and he's useless defensively, what does he offer?
Gallas was maybe lucky to be on the pitch, replay didnt' show close enough to see if he took Utaka down. Pompie will feel peeve'd he scored, as would I with the shoe on the other foot.
