Vidic is a defending god.
Just wait til next week when VanPersie cuts to the inside and scores to the near post whilst Vidic's left tackling shadows
Vidic is a defending god.
More likely Vidic will leave him crying and wondering while the ball went.
Does annoy me how many corners and free kicks Utd dont make advantage of though - its practically gaurenteed that all corners are a waste of time it seems
Torres easily got the better of him at OT last year, a great player but he is far from perfect
Arsenal vs UTD is looking like a great match next weekend, no doubt it'll be 0-0
Happy with 4-1, just a shame we can't keep a clean sheet at the moment, good start but not getting my hopes up yet.
I feel a little bad for that new Pompie striker, he actually looked sharp, agile, fast and very decent, preseason he looked good, just had no support and no quality around him.
Next week will be very tough to call because, we've yet to be tested and you can't really tell who Fergie will pick. Anderson and Carrick? Scholes and Fletcher? Park or Valencia?
I don't really think theres a team that can easily shut out our offense, but I feel theres a lot of teams that can pressure our midfield into mistakes.
At this stage a win/loss either way doesn't mean all that much, if we get roughed about in midfield and lose the game though, Wenger's already hinted finally, that he's looking for a DM, a loss now might help us more throughout the season than a win.
For all the times he beat Vidic, I still see no Premiership Trophy in the ol' Anfield cabinet Baz, sorry.

You say that, but I still doubt we'll get any body.
A loss is a loss and it's still early days I do agree with that. We've played cack defences so far and UTD's will certainly not be like that. Neither will their midfield be so easily overcome. We've created lots of chances and scored freely, hopefully we can continue that next week. But I can as said see it being just as likely a game where we fluff up in front of goal, as is normal for us after a scoring run.
You're forgetting though, this year is our year
Any body just heard the story about Callum Davenport and his mother getting stabbed last night? Geoff just broke it on Soccer Saturday. Bloody crazy.
yay Boro, 4 games, 4 clean sheets and top of the league (for now)
Can I add, I really hope Boro and Newcastle go up this year. Obviously if only 1 can then its Boro, but I really hope we both do well.
