The rules are the same for everyone, these things have probably happened before in football, maybe not in this country.

I don't know why the card still stands, ask the FA, fire off an email.

You're manager was pathetic post match though, saying that it was because the ref didn't like Barnsley and conditions were fine.

I don't think he actually said those words. What I saw he said that the ref didn't consult anyone else in the decision and he didn't believe that the game would have been called off if the scores were the other way round.

Which in the heat of the moment, isn't that bad. Far worse has been said about referees this year by higher profile managers than Mark Robins ;)
 
Clichy was as good 2 years ago but since then he's got worse and Cole has got better. However, I think Clichy will find his form again if he stays injury free. Evra and Cole are the best at the minute
 
Evra is close, does Lahm play mostly at LB or RB? He's pretty close too. I'd put Clichy just behind those two, but I think Abidal is one of the most overrated players out there.

Cole is consistently a better performer than them all imo.

Cole is also English, which makes him as good.

I think cole is one of the best left backs in the world, but I wouldn't say he's the best.

I'd take Evra over him.

Clichy is at a similar level to Cole as is Lahm.
 
Noooo Traore :( would have preferred Silvestre as at least he can defend half good

Arshavin needs to have a really good game against Ivanovic and I think Song and Vermaelen both need good performances too.
