Weird situation - about a girl thread

good lad with the moving on business

hard to accept at first, but theres no point getting stuck in a rut over a girl, there's plenty of them about

I wouldn't have minded if she had said no to begin with, but to say that I was pestering her for sex was just wrong.

However, not much point in delling over something that didn't happen, it's time to shout 'next !' :)

Go for it I would say, it doesnt matter about the age thing, I met my o/h when i was 17 im now 19 he is 27 and we have a beautiful 1 month old son and a wedding to plan for the may next year, shows it can be done and can work out.

You wont know until you try, i took the bull by the horns, we met at work and i liked the look of him so i e-mailed him, decided to just do it and here we are 2 years down the line!

Good Luck with whatever you decide

hmmm shes stopping at your and you havent tried it on...

recently i went through this with a girl and she was waiting for me to make a move and thought i was too shy. basically spent time with each other but didnt make a move because i wasnt sure. in the end i went for it and suffice to say the best night of my life for a long time.

since then its kinda gone on a bit more and a bit deeper. only trouble is mine leaves in march to go home but it suits me (race season starts in march so no time for gf).

so well, err... go for it really.... wait until theres a moment and dont hold back.

Thats what I was thinking :)

/seriously though mate, just tell her how you feel, and go from there, by the sounds of it your half way there anyway so just go in, don't do it when your drunk either, that just makes a serious mess of things.

Just recently we had a new girl at work start, she seemed quite nice, prettly little thing she is too. Thought she liked me cause she kept following me round, being really friendly, bit of flirting.

So when I asked her out for a drink and she said yes, I thought great :)

Saw her before she left work that day and said hey look lets swap numbers whe she went all funny on me. She then ignored me for two weeks, but that wasn't enough she went round telling anyone that would listen that I was pestering her for sex !!

She's now got a boyfriend but was disappointed to learn that I'd moved on and was no longer interested in her.

WTF  seems like a bit of a wierdo tbh.

Without all the wierd stuff at the end, sounds like a situation i was in a month ago, asked a girl at work out, said yes and kissed me, then 2 days later got back with her ex.

Just go for it, if you don't you will regret it.

Ach well, looks like I'm going for it.

I'm off to the pub with a few friends including her tomorrow (6 nations!), will probably chat to her then :)

And to all those wondering "what the problem is" etc, when you're 18, first year of uni, unable to work out how you've pulled more than one third year since getting here, then genuinely liking someone (instead of just "she's a bit of alright" etc) who is 21 and almost 22 feels is a situation I've not been in before  (All my previous girlfriends were younger than me)

Meh, hope it goes well :)

Too much organising (we organised the whole six nations viewing setup practically) earlier meant I didn't get to chat with her :(

However am off to the local rockbar tonight with her, and will most definately be talking about things then :)

So yeah... bye guys :)
