Wenger - get out

Yeah I was thinking yesterday that one of the big criticisms of Arsenal is the defence but we've conceded 34 goals this season, 2 more than Man Utd who have conceded 32, if you look at their defence and you look at ours I think that's an achievement. When they've got the likes of Evra, Vidic and Ferdinand and we have Koscielny and Squillaci it doesn't look that bad.

It's like Dixon says; it isn't the amount we've conceded it's the timing of the goals and the way they've been almost gifted, we need someone I think in the centre of defence who knows what to do and when to do it. We've seen too often this season it'll be late in the game we've got a narrow lead and yet the defenders are trying to pass it about the defence with oncoming pressure, just hoof the ball out and regain your defensive shape and let the midfield try and handle the next attack, Clichy has made some massive **** ups that way so far this season, just dallying on the ball or trying to shepherd the ball out when he's got one or two players oncoming, if he just booted it down the pitch instead of looking for a short pass...

I think Wenger knows that we need an experienced defender, I've no idea why he sold Gallas, he had everything we needed, he's won loads in his time, really experienced and I doubt he was asking for much more in terms of money or contract length, I think that is one of the things Wenger has to change, the whole 1 year contracts to 30 years and over, it's just ridiculous in my opinion. I think he brought in Squillaci to add some of this experience but the guy hasn't coped well whatsoever, but Wenger being quite stubborn and pig headed he'll just refuse to admit his mistakes, incredibly frustrating.

yeah thats the reason we lost the likes of pires , gilberto silva and so on.

We lost all our experienced players all at the same time and have not really replaced them and its cost us in the long term , i believe if we still had gallas we would be top of the table now

I think a few glaring mistakes aside Gallas has been exceptional for Spurs and I reckon any Spurs fan will say the same, at first I was amongst the people who just assumed Gallas was causing friction in the dressing room but who cares? People don't have to get along with each other all the time and I think a bit of confrontation and some home truths in the dressing room can be beneficial which is why I was so pleased to see van Persie give Diaby a good telling off for getting that stupid yellow card at Blackpool, we need a lot more of that.

So wenger has got £40 Million to spend this summer, lets see if he does anything useful with it!

I'm hoping for a change in formation more than anything, and I want to see Walcott and RVP up front alongside each other, as for new faces I'd like to see a new, experienced CB, not an unproven 26 year old from a crap league, a finished article. Arshavin put more centrally as well he is absolutely wasted on the left hand side, poor widdle meerkat. :(
