What are the 30 year old plus gamers playing?

I've been playing Hunt showdown since alpha which is about 5 years ago, I can't seem to find a game better.
Only problem is the russian cheaters.

Just finished Sea of Stars and I'm already looking forward to my NG+ playthrough once I'm Starfield'd out. Such a perfect callback to classic turn based action.

This caught my eye on the steam store last night. Is it a deep game or more just a fun jrpg?

Tried Death Stranding, crashed at the title sequence an hour in, tried again, same crash an hour later. Total play time 2.1 hours, uninstalled.

I don't think it's going to be my cup of tea anyway - maybe a controller would be better rather than mouse and keyboard. It looked great while it was running.

Reactions: TNA
The Zool remaster :D along with Forza Horizon 5, AEW fight forever and have just installed Bolt Gun

Anyone notice a certain reliving retro angle here........

I've just started Skyrim V again as I never finished it before spent so long modding it that eventually burnt out but want to try and complete it before starting Starfield.

Really after a game to get my teeth into, it's been a while.

Starfield or Baldurs Gate 3? I don't mind RPGs at all and it's been a long time since I've played one.

Leaning towards Baldurs Gate 3, unless another over 30s gamer can twist my arm?

I think Baldur's Gate 3. Starfield is boring.

The reviews for BG3, are better.

What version of the game did you play?

I played the Gamepass version without any issues expecting to uninstall but I was surprised by the story and gameplay and ended up completing it.

So many good games to play mate and I'm sure you have a back log of them.

Have you tried the Yakuza games?

Right now? NOt much has changed. Lots of Football Manager (very deep into a Journeyman save at the moment), and iRacing. I've just bought an entry level sim seat for it but the upgrades will continue, likely starting with a load-cell brake pedal.
Once it's released I'm sure I'll be playing Cities Skylines 2, too!

I haven't really got a back log, I've always found myself going back to playing the classics I've loved over the years. Just finished MGS 5 again and decided I need to try something new

I've not tried the Yakuza games at all, recommended then?

DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR'S CUT that's not me shouting it's how they display the name :)

Steam version, it was gifted to me from a mate who'd already warned me about it lol but gave it a go.

I'm on a newish PC so there a small chance this machine isn't 100% stable, maybe a new ram kit is needed. Or new BIOS. But other games play fine so I dunno about that.

I really enjoyed Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, I played until the end then watched a walkthrough, didn't even realise you can turn yourself into a box.

Fantastic series and something you can definitely sink your teeth into. There around 7 main games in the series so I'd start off with Yakuza 0 and go from there.

Hmm, is your pc running default or overclocked?

The game starts off slow but as you progress, it there is more action and shooting involved along with boss fights. I'd give it another shot.

Just going few sum my back log of games and Diablo 2 , doing my best to not look at games coming out but it is hard lol
