What are the 30 year old plus gamers playing?

Call of Duty - Black Ops campaign - that was quite fun considering its age, wish the graphics were better but still had fun from start till finish, some really decent story as well.

I've been playing Hogwarts, too. It does look awesome and is an easy play through, although it seems to get a bit weird and unresponsive after a while and I need to reboot the PC to fix it.

Sounds like a memory leak or running out of RAM - the game does need a lot of RAM, even on lower settings you need 32GB really.

Currently replaying Kingdom Come Deliverance and really enjoying it even with its jankyness. That, and now I've got a hosas set up I'm having a proper go of Star Citizen, revisited War Thunder simulator mode and trying DCS but need a dedicated throttle for that I think!

Following up Yakuza 0, 6 and Kiwami 2 with Yakuza 3 now.

Finally playing two of these games in the correct order!

Three feels a bit dated and rough coming from the newer Dragon Engine games, but it's nice to see the chilled out fatherly side of Kiryu in this one.

Beaten Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 on the Hard difficulty. I've platinumed Sekiro, completed Dark Souls 3 and Nioh -all before NG. But, I must say that Ninja Gaiden Black/sigma1 has the deepest, most fun combat system out there. The style, the animations, the sound design have all aged like a good wine, the game is timeless masterpiece. NG's difficulty curve/gameplay design are also unique - replaying on higher difficulty is like playing an new game, with completely new enemies and genuinely new challenge. I've only used the vanilla katana on all my runs so far, not even touched the other weapons with their unique move sets. 11/10 - i.e., one of the greatest games of all time imo:)

EDIT: This is a great beginner's guide on Ninja Gaiden. The game itself is very Dark Souls like with no hand holding (or, I should say, Dark Souls is very NG like, as NG was the pioneer of the genre):

Not sure if I'll play it the whole way through but started playing Dragon's Dogma before the 2nd one comes out in a couple of weeks. I played it for a few hours back when it was first released on XBOX (2012) then my console broke and I never got around to playing it again on PC

Did recently complete the ghost of Tsushima story (although it was on PS5 rather than pc), just got bits and bats to do on it to get 100% completion. Completed Titanfall 2 storyline not so Long ago (still one of the best running and graphically pleasing games) and not sure what to play like storywise.

2nd stint with Pathfinder : Kingmaker.

Got about 80 hrs into it on my first attempt, then real life got in the way and I cant remember much of what was happening with my save, so fresh start as a Grenadier.

Its great fun.
