I tried hard to get into RDR2, but got bored a few hours after the posse set up camp... I needed the game to give me a little more direction on story I thinkJust getting into Red Dead Redemption 2, enjoying just exploring the world and getting drunk
I am giving it another chance actually, i played it before for a few hours on release but never really go into it but i am finding it more entertaining at the moment.I tried hard to get into RDR2, but got bored a few hours after the posse set up camp... nice, I've heard that it picks up the pace again, but I'm finding it too "open world"... maybe I need to do another concerted effort, but there are too many other games vying (sp?) for my timeI am giving it another chance actually, i played it before for a few hours on release but never really go into it but i am finding it more entertaining at the moment.

That's interesting, I'm using a XBox360 controller on PC, and find aiming while on horseback a right PITA, and figured I was just too old for this type of thing now. It's a very slow burn, I must've pushed through the 1st 6 or 8 hours before I got fully invested in finishing the game, I remember at the time of release, all my friends stopped playing it 2-4 hours in.
Also I hated the changes from RDR for aiming on console, PC players don't have that issue if they use KB+M
I've been in this exact situation twice now with RDR2 - get to the camp then lose interest.I tried hard to get into RDR2, but got bored a few hours after the posse set up camp... I needed the game to give me a little more direction on story I think
