Most PC launches get that in their first few months, port or notWell it had 14 patches since launch on PC for an already complete game on its console counterpart, so.....
I completed both on the ps4, and have been playing the first on the pc port... Seems decent? No issues and obviously better graphics/fps, no crashes... Win win?Lazy how? Genuine question as all I know is I bought it, it played well, looked fantastic, never crashed, controls were fine, an all round fantastic game. I have no idea how it compares to console, what is missing/was added, it's just a great game.
The control method is incredibly annoying in Starfield, above all that there’s no straightforward way to remap buttons. I ended up using a 3rd party app with simulates an Xbox controller to use my HOTAS.
I remember when games challenged you. It's a rare thing nowadays.
Now all gamers are treated like the thickest plebs on the planet. Go here, do this, do that, chat to them, grab this. You all have Xray vision, everything soaks bullets. Mashing a button passes as skill. You can sneak past the enemy with zero effort, or the opposite they have x-ray vision and can unrealistically see you through walls 80 miles away. Etc etc. Sigh.
Elden Ring was the first game in years that didn't bore me. It didn't hold my hand, I could go where I wanted. It lets you discover stuff even if that was to your doom. Enemies kicked your but if you weren't good enough. It didn't cheat to make things a challenge, which meant the satisfaction of progression was fantastic...Just how games used to be.
Perhaps I'm too old, and the shiny flashing colours are all the kids want today.
Bah Humbug
At the moment I'm trying my hardest not to be bored with Starfield....
When players have a 30 second attention span and forums are littered with 'I didn't know where to go or what to do so I turned it off. Trash game.' developers will as good as put giant flashing arrows that say 'go here!'Massive ******* icons all over the ******* screen showing you where to go, what to do and what to interact with. Whatever happened to allowing people to just explore and figure **** out for themselves?
Bf2042 which I hate but somehow still play
Iirc the game was made by a bunch of interns.I really want to see what dice do next after that pos, by far the worst game in the series. I love how they claimed it had more developers working on it than any other Battlefield and look what they churned out, a big hunk of ****. Realistically the dev pile on was probably due to them scrambling to make a release date.

Oh lord, as someone who's lived on PC FPS for years, aim assist does my head inAim Assist in Multiplayer games... Need help with aim? Tough *** we had to learn with a mouse and keyboard!
Lack of essential PC features such as a FOV, not everyone sits 40 foot away from a TV
No server browser because the poor console peasants need instant server access
