What are your GPU temps?

Anyway, temps on the core have improved a lot, but vrm temps are high, so much so that it appears that my previous stable overclock of 1150/1400 is no longer stable, getting blackscreens in Hardline which with the stock cooler i never had :(.

It's rather interesting that VRM overheating has led to the black screen error that has plagued the 290 series, when everybody blamed memory.

Jump of 1c, from 64c to 65c max. Same custom 1-1 fan profile but recently stuck two fans on the hdd cage of my case, helps draw air in quicker from the front intake fans. CPU is another matter though. But it will be replaced soon anyway.

Indeed bud, the stock coolers back on and not had a single blackscreen.

Definitely something to do with temps on vrm1, at least in my case.

GPU temps a tad over 40C, lower if using AP31s for benching.

CPU temp below 0C.

Then again I do use a monsta 360 full copper for 1 GPU, I have a single stage setup for my CPU and I live in Finland ( =reasonable ambients most of the time)

Devil's Canyon me thinks :D
yup, not fussed if it clocks higher tbh. Ill be happy enough if it matches the current chip and the 20c lower temps that come with that. Any higher oc will be an added bonus. Looking forward to gaming without cpu cooler fans at max.

I think it will pass your 4770k easily:)

Here is mine

Good temps Kaap :)
That's what dual 1080 rads allows :p

Mine on the other hand :(
GPU is idling 40c and loads 54c.

Here is one I just done on Heaven 4 using lots of volts and overclock, it gets a bit toasty with 1.412v.:D

And at normal clocks and volts going round Heaven 4

Played a few games on my older system today, bit of tiger woods 2007. 79c on a gtx 650ti. Noticed it was badly clogged with dust. Quick brush out and a blast with a can of air, temps dropped to 63c. Twin frozr card, runs cooler than my wf 780. The old system does tend to get a bit neglected though.

yh they are good to have around,

the ones made from fridge compressor? ive seen those not for gpu though?

You might be thinking of phase units, you can use those on a GPU as well ;)
I'm on about an actual aquarium chiller, so literally chills the water. Add to your loop and everything else is basically the same, only no radiators as your chiller is your rad ;)

Expensive new, rare secondhand and bloody heavy to post :(
I will get another, just there are things i want to buy > than that :D
