Coming up on Page 300 of Book 4 and apart from some fisticuffs in the Stone Of Tear, not a huge amount has happened. Power has gone to Rand's head, Mat is irritating as ever, Perrin goes round brooding and the girls keep pulling their braids. Still it's moderately compelling but probably need to renew as it's going to take more than three weeks to get through 1000 pages!I remember reading these a good few years ago, however when i got to book 9/10 it just didn't grip me like the earlier books so shelved them. Might have to dig them out again and give them another try.
Pretty good summary of the rest of the books up until Sanderson takes over haha.Coming up on Page 300 of Book 4 and apart from some fisticuffs in the Stone Of Tear, not a huge amount has happened. Indeed. Don't misunderstand but you can indeed divide the books into three movements...Pretty good summary of the rest of the books up until Sanderson takes over haha.
I'm starting A Memory of Light next month.
Sounds good. Have added it to my list. The Force by Don Winslow. It's like a book form of the TV show The Shield.
James Herbert - Fluke. I've yet to start it, but I have every intention. It's looking at me to start.
How was this? We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves was a lovely bookNow reading "Sarah Canary" by Karen Joy Fowler. Enjoyed "We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves" a few years ago, and this was the next thing of hers I saw.
