What did you do to your bike today?

Damn it eddie, I like that S1000RR. I popped into Oxford BMW a couple of days ago and spotted one... I think when I try one it'll be the same as with the K1300S, just a matter of time until I have to buy it.

So I must not try it!

Never had any bother in 5 years running that plate size. *touches wood*.

Anyway, the angle is fine really, about the same as my previous bike. Still readable from behind.

What size is the plate?

Left the house a bit too early this morning, hit some ice at a round about and dropped my bike. Was going slow so no damage, but it's a little embarrassing.

On the plus side! Used my pinlock visor for the first time and it's changed my life!

got a tac in the front tyre on the R1 just before a track day AHHH!!!!! i got untill the 25th to sort it i guess.

Ah hard lines Sockky. as you say, at least no damage/human damage.

I just changed my rear pads and it started spitting again so the rear hugger can wait. Might try and do a quick lap now to bed the pads in mind, if the grey stays away again!

Today, I got knocked off my bike, broke my finger, will likely have to go in for surgery tomorrow to fix it, so all in all, a **** evening, lol.

Got swiped by someone changing lanes, bike slid out from under me, could have been worse, could have crashed instead of slid.

Should have done it! I rode in today because my car was iced over and I didn't want to bother deicing it. Only the 4th time on my bike since DAS, first dry day I've had too so I decided to use my leather jacket and jeans instead of my textiles. That was a mistake haha, was freezing!

Other reason I rode in today was that next week is meant to get cold, chance of snow and ice. So may have been my last chance for a while.

Nope, it was 0.5-1c this morning and the roads were wet and icy in places. Wasn't worth the risk.

Edit: I also need more oil! Just remembered.

SAE 10W40 is what i need. Any recommendations?
