What did you do to your bike today?

Nothing wrong with white IMO. I was going for white and black but ended with black with some white in the end, RST stuff.

RST stuff is awesome. Recently got the Ventilator 3 jacket and trousers. They zip together, really cool in summer, really warm in winter (removable waterproof and thermal lining).

cool, i've been looking at getting a sports jacket and maybe some pants for a bit more protection than textiles when i fancy it.

was looking at rst stuff looks quite nice. dianesie is just too expensive lol.

Go try it on if you can. The measurements are basically wrong (as they are most of the time with bike jackets), so best to ignore the size and try them on until you find one that fits.

oh yeah ill be trying them o ntill i find the size that fits an either buying in store or buying sthat size on linelol

Exactly what i've got

The measurements are hilarious. Basically when you go and try them on, you'll be told you're fat.

I mirrored someone last night, not much to do with the bike, but I will get to that in a second...

This guy in a BMW X5 was pushing through people none stop, I was slowly filtering, he was clearly in a rush of some sort but multiple people beeped, flashed lights as he constantly cut people up. About a half a mile later, the traffic flow calmed (it was HELL in Reading, last minute shoppers) I decided I would start filtering. I got to this X5 and I kid you not, he jerked his car forward and cut off the space between lanes.

I kind of assumed he had not seen me, so I just revved my engine hoping he would realise. Nothing... The traffic started to move and he would not let me past. Traffic stopped again, he again, kept stopping me from going. I calmly rode up, knocked on the window and suggested he moved a little. He gave me the middle finger.

Well, **** you too buddy. I was getting a little wet, rain was torrential, I had enough.

I slammed my fist down on his mirror, it came off... This tiny stump of a man hobbled out of the drivers door. But at the same time, the left lane started to move, the woman behind gave me some room so off I went, **** you buddy, **** you. Gave him the birdie in return as I went on my way.

In other news, I then bought some SealSkinz waterproof knee high socks as my Sidi's leak badly in the wet (only 2 more weeks then I get the Sidi B2's!). They are amazing socks! I stood in a bath full of cold water in these socks, my feet, bone dry and warm :D

Brilliant purchase.

I don't usually condone road rage violence. But sometimes, **** them, they deserve it.

Also SealSkinz! Good purchase  They're expensive for socks but damn good.

Me neither, I'm a very calm rider, as I do get road rage very easily so like to just take my time, but this guy was being a class A prat. And out right dangerous, I could see him ahead just barging through traffic almost hitting people. He deserved it and I don't regret it.

And yea, the socks cost £35, but I also go climbing/trekking a lot in places like Wales, Snowdon. My Salomon boots have a little leak as well when very wet. After several hours this can cause real issues.

So these socks have multiple purposes, I really can't wait to test them out, I will no longer purposely avoid wet routes because of fear of wet feet :D

Ugh, which bit of our glorious town was this in Ags?

This was between the Oracle round about slip road up to the A33 heading towards the M4. From there, all the way up until Matalan, it was just chaos. At the start of the straight is where I mirrored the twit. As the bend after the lights is where he full on cut me up and gave me the middle finger.

last night just ran it for a bit as I haven't been out on it since friday, Today my parents bought me a rack to be fitted. Now, unfortunately, lat few weeks I've been looking at changing my bike.. bit awkward :p

Went out for a trip to Halfords today to get a hi-vis jacket thing (europe), then decided to go to oxford HG for the bulbs. Finally got there and found it's closed (yeah that administration thing again!).

Then I rode around a bit more, and realised my rear pads are not so much existing any more.

Ordered today:
- Rear paddock stand & Ilmberger rear hugger from Sandbar Composites
- Rear Brembo sintered pads
- Caliper gauge things

I think that's it, expensive day!

Spent some money on the beemer, ordered:

R&G Crash bobbins
MRA Double Bubble Screen
Tail Tidy
Smaller Plate

If it's any use, I believe the Farnborough one may still be open. Best check by calling first though.

Haven't ridden since the 17th, decided I need to do more walking up to the shops during my xmas break instead of getting the bike out for such short journeys plus drinking alcohol whenever I fancy during the break, so last night I thought I'd better stick the battery charger on just in case.

Even though i've only been doing shortish journeys for the last month or so, and the bikes been sat there for a week and a half, the battery was fine and only MAINTAIN came up on the charger display. Was happy with that but left it on over night anyway.

I'm missing riding but I am enjoying drinking and not having to be careful in case I need to ride the bike.

Changed my zx6 ghetto make do air filter(made from tights) for a nice new one:D original fell into holes when I went to wash it out ect:eek:
