What did you do to your bike today?

I've fixed it for now, just means that it's not filled to the max.

Trying to find just a normal square rubber diaphram is hard lol. I've looked at the triumph tiger 800 brake reservoirs and they look similar but not sure if it's 100% correct.

Having the cup style reservoir looks so much better and easier, because I won't be able to change just the reservoir, would have to be the cylinder too.

I wish, I had access to the workshop where I did my speaker stands. Could make my own, instead of spending hundreds on a stand :(

It has two solid metal Pins from the stand, one inserts into the hole on the swingarm pivot and the second one has a metal insert you install onto the bike onto where one of the engine mounts is, they slide in at the same time then you use the lever to lift the bike up.
Stability is perfect, I have left it on it for about a week, and no problems moving it around on the stand, I do need to adjust it slightly to get the front wheel off the floor some more.

Ewww, white lettering :p

If you can, can you grab a photo from the other side for me please? This has piqued my interest, looks like it could be a fairly straightforward device to manufacture. If you accidentally take a photo of the contact points I promise I won't complain :D

I used that SDoc100 stuff at the weekend. Worked really well! Careful though, it's no good for unlacquered aluminium. Makes me a bit worried about my bike seeing as it's 20 years old, if any of the paint is coming away this still will get in and eat away at the frame :/

They're very good, I'd have bought one if they fitted the Blade and track bike,, but sadly not for the blade.

Check out Demon tweeks, they have a version almost identical to the constands and cheaper, £150 ish from memory.

Cheers :)

I'm not looking to buy, but to explore the possibility of going in to manufacturing. I've always wanted to start my own business and I can't stop thinking about bikes so that'd mesh in perfectly with it.

Just cleaned it, all nice and shiny now. I must admit, the scottoiler fs365 has been doing job over the last 2 weeks, engine looks branded, as well as forks and shock.

Since changing the brake pads, I can seriously recommend the ferodo brake pads, really great bite, and stopping power has improved dramatically.

New air filter, my K&N needs a good wash, its filthy... Rounded off a screw on the front brake reservoir, fitted new tyres, scrubbed them in and ordered new pad for the rear as front only needs bleeding.

Still got a bit to scrub in... :p
