What did you do to your bike today?

New tyres fitted, replaced the GP arrow exhaust decals with some cleaner arrow ones. Then a bit of a clean and polish as I've decided to sell it. Be sorry to see it go but i'm just not using the thing.

Nice, if you've your original shock might be worth putting that back on and selling the ohlins separately. That way you'll get more money. ;)

Booked in for MOT tomorrow. If it comes under £200 I'll consider it a success

Going to cancel the mot. Just rode the bike to end of garden and realised it's not sensing speed but everything else is fine(revs, lights and horn). Ffs

Whoops. Panic over. Seems me riding it 3-5 meters wasn't enough to pick up the speedo. Ran it out on our road and it was working fine.

I was honestly close to rage tears just then ha

Ever since I've bought my bike, always had a very light weep now and again from the front master cylinder reservoir. When the handle bars are turned in the steering lock position, the fluid in the reservoir gathers in one spot and leaks past the rubber diaphram. Under inspection, looks like the diaphram is slightly mishaped so not doing a full seal.

Triumph doesn't sell the diaphram separately, what are my options?

The bikes will be getting some love over the next few days:

New DID gold and black chain for the tuono

Some magifoam for both bikes, the cb400 will get a wheels off deep clean this weekend once I've changed the sprocket carrier bearing.

Also bought 4l of paraffin for chain cleaning, as I was going through WD-40 chain cleaner too quickly. £1.73 a litre for paraffin, much cheaper!! :D

I used to pay about 25p a litre years back man I feel old.

My zx12r had a gold renthal chain little and often when oiling always made it look new.
