What do u think of vauxell tigras?

I think you should buy it, then we can save the good used cars for people who dont call everything gay.

Buy the Tigra. It's so you.

I'd like to see most of the cars on here keep pace with this 'girly tigra' :D

Recorded at 181.4mph at brunters and 0 to 60 in 4.5 secs.

So what? You can put a good engine/drivetrain into any crap car - it doesnt suddenly make the non-modified examples any less rubbish.

so ?

somebody put a volvo 5 pot turbo lump in a trabant complete with coilover suspension and disc brakes etc...

Was absolutely insane

but does that make trabants a quality motor ? of course not ! you cant use heavily modified cars to justify a purchase of a standard one. The whole point of car modification is given enough time and money you can do whatever you want to it. Ford Model T funny cars with 1000bhp are the best example of this :p

I will admit when I was 17.. I looked at one of these then realised how truely camp they were...

...Then I went and got a bright blue Mini, but as people have said, you can get much better

My mum will like that car, it has central heating on the front to put the washing on.

And those wing mirrors are tediously camp, why use those mirrors? why? you simply cannot safely view what's beside and behind you at once on mirrors so small.

Doesnt Central Heating have liquid flowing throught the radiator?

I take it you must have used those mirrors in order to make such a claim?

Tigras are pretty crap in most aspects, poor handling (being based on a Corsa), very cramped interior, dubious styling etc. If you want a small coupe, the Puma is a vastly better car in almost every respect, and the 1.7 VVT has a very respectable performance.

Totally agree on the cramped interior. The handling as standard isnt great but can be made a lot better by fitting some decent suspension, as with the Corsa B's.

I've never driven a Puma but would like to see how different it is after driving a Tigra.

The engines are better than people think, just restricted from the factory which is a shame. The 1.6 16v should have been a lot better than it is.
